  • 1 gal. perennials (common and uncommon varieties) are also ready to bring home. $9.95 each.
  • Fresh plantings of heat tolerant annual selections grown for SUMMER PLANTING to endure long days and hot temperatures.
  • If you are looking for a quick-fix in your gardens try our Annual Ornamental Red Rubrum Grass. When planted in the sun, they will turn a deep red color. In the shade, a bi-color of green and red. Growing 3.5 – 4 feet tall with beautiful plumes they will last in your garden down to 25 F.

August, September and October are great months to plant perennials. The late fall temperatures (40 degrees F and below) allow the perennials to express roots to survive the winter and provide for a robust spring plant. This is NOT the time to feed. Feeding in fall can cause the loss of your perennials.
